A short and sweet history, call it the lure of the Junior Mints. Founded in 1985, Tomlinson LLC is a full-service branding design firm. Bill (Jr) spent his youth in the office of his father’s design firm Bill (Sr), watching his Dad create packaging for some well known Nabisco food products. A decade or so – and countless PomPoms, Junior Mints and Charleston Chews later – his Dad paid off his dentist, and Bill applied to commercial art school figuring it would be a sweet career. After stints as Senior Art Director & Design Director at Hill Holliday and Polaroid, Bill decided to strike out on his own and form Tomlinson LLC. With group of like-minded advertising vets, Bill began acquiring clients and creating strategic, creative, clean work, that has become the firms signature strength.

It’s a reputation that Bill can back with a roll call of big brand names (including Vibram, Lindt, Philips, Timberland and Gillette to name a few) and over 75 national and international awards for creative excellence. Not to mention a new generation of team members and consultants who are helping Tomlinson LLC push forward the boundaries of digital branding and marketing.
